Thank you for our willingness to participate in the Halloween Costume Fashion Show!

Few Points:
1. Participation is first-come, first serve. We will take the first 20-30 people with different costumes to participate.
2. Every participant MUST have a different costume, or it will be rejected. We want to show a variety of costumes and cannot have many people in the same costume. Be creative!
3. You will receive an email stating that you were selected to participate and you must respond with a yes or no. Failure to do so can cause your participation spot to be lost.
4. If you do not receive an email, you were not selected to participate.
5. All costumes must be school appropriate and will be checked at sign-in. Inappropriate costumes will not be allowed to participate
6. Please arrive to room 423 at the JCSU the day of the event at 5:45pm. The show will begin at 6:30pm. Arriving late will prevent you from participating in the show.
