USMS mission is to promote swimming in the community as a lifelong sport. Under that framework, OMS would like to try to implement a state-wide mentorship program by reaching out to all the aquatic facilities in Oregon and Southwest Washington to help develop Adult Learn to Swim program, clinics on any strokes and/or topics geared towards the adult swimmers. In other words, we would like to expand and better serve our membership. We really would appreciate if you could answer this survey and give us your honest feedback
