CHAIR – presides at all meetings of the Section; calls such special meetings as may be necessary; appoints the membership and the Chair of all Standing and Temporary Committees; is the final authority, within the Chair’s jurisdiction, on the By-Laws of the Section; and conducts both internal and external business on behalf of the Section.

VICE CHAIR – presides at all meeting in the absence of the Chair and assumes all powers and duties of the Chair should the Chair be unable to so perform. The Vice Chair is also a leading member of the Program Planning Committee.

SECRETARY – gives written notice of general business, technical, special & Board meetings; keeps a record of the minutes of the Section & Board; conducts appropriate correspondence of the Section and makes an annual report to the Association.

TREASURER – receives all moneys of the Section and disperses moneys as directed by the Section or the Board; keeps accurate and complete records of all financial transactions; furnishes a financial report and submits records and accounts for audit.

DIRECTOR – serves a three-year term on the Board; attends Board meetings and provides direction and support for the Section programs and events.
