The information that we will gather from this survey is used as part of an effort to have a school that believes in continuous improvement.  All questions should be answered honestly without exaggeration, and with a heart for God.  Honest feedback assists the school in ensuring the students' voices are heard, and answers from a sincere heart always are helpful.  Thank you for loving this school, for your honest feedback, and for your time.  This survey is completely anonymous unless you choose to provide your name, which is optional.
