This year, we are going the extra km and establishing a unique nomination, The PiD Award. The award will be presented at the annual GeekAwards ceremony to the most impressive startup that leads by example. You don't need to be perfect. Far from it. You merely need to show that you are making the effort to promote the values of diversity in your company and show real improvement, relative to the general market trend. Additionally, as part of our commitment to the topic of diversity in high- tech, PiD had teamed up with Geektime’s Annual Report in order to publish a dedicated chapter to the important subject. In order to create the first ever Israel based report which focuses on the question of diversity, we are proud to present this questionnaire which serves as the basis for our report. So even if, for some reason, you do not wish to participate in the diversity competition, we would still very much appreciate your input in order to learn the Israeli ecosystem and find appropriate solutions for increasing diversity.
Please dedicate few minutes of your time in order to answer several diversity related questions regarding your company. It is important for us to state that this data will not be shown to any outside party, nor will it be published in any form besides as an aggregate study of the ecosystem.
