JUMP FOR RECOVERY 2026 COMMUNTIY PARTNER AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in being a Community Partner at Jump for Recovery! Please review and complete this agreement to confirm your participation.To ensure a successful and enjoyable event for all participants, please review the following guidelines:
Vendor Fees:
Nonprofit Organizations: $25 per space
Businesses: $150 per space
Event Details: Date: September 12, 2026 Event Time: 10 AM- 2PM
Community Partner Set-Up: Begins at 9:00 AM (must be ready by 9:45 AM)
Community Partner Take-Down: Begins at:4:00 PM (must be completed by 5:00 PM)
Location: Skydive Grand Haven - 16448 Comstock St, Grand Haven, MI 49417
1.After completing and submitting survey, someone from jumpforrecoverymi@gmail.com will contact you. If you do not receive an email withing 5 days, text Carly at (616)773-8948.
