The Lived Experience Advisory and Planning Board is conducting an evaluation of how the shelter intake process is serving the needs of their residents and employees. The purpose of this survey is to gather information about your experiences with the shelter intake process at the shelter, to provide feedback about what is working well, and where there are areas for improvement.
