It involves a series short, intensive exercise sessions (say, 20-60 seconds) followed by rest, and suitable for most fitness levels. It is a bit like bootcamp, lots of fun and gives you a quick boost in fitness!Are you interested in attending a 6 or 8 week circuit style program? Sessions would run for about 45-50 minutes and include warm up, HIIT, core exercises and stretching. It would be held in the Blackheath area, either outdoors or at Blackheath Fitness Centre, starting later in September.The price would work out to be $15 per session, payable as a course of 6 or 8 weeks in advance.
