Middle School Student Stress & Vaping Questionnaire - Ashe County Schools

The purpose of this survey is to assess Ashe County Schools student vaping habits, culture, and overall stress management. Answers will remain confidential and not connected to individual people in any way. The survey administrators and Ashe County Schools will not discuss, disclose, disseminate, or provide access to survey answers. 
Participants will remain anonymous.

Terms to Know: 

Stress: Stress is what people feel when they are uncomfortable about something that is happening. Many things can cause a person to feel stress. A child can be worried about a test. A barking dog may scare someone who is not used to dogs.

“Vape” or “Vaporizer”: The act of smoking a cigarette that is electronic but still has nicotine and other harmful chemicals.
