NEACH Board Skills Assessment

This survey was created as a follow up to the Nominating Committee Discussion at the February Board Meeting.  In order to move towards using a skills-based approach to filling vacant board positions, we must first set a baseline for the current board.  We are asking that all board members rate their skills in the following areas.  The scale is 1-3 with 3 being the highest.

Evaluate your ability to review and interpret audit results, review policies and ensure practices and direction are not exposing the organization to excessive risk.

Evaluate your process for developing strategic plans and evaluating benchmarks in strategic plans.
