NEACH Board Skills Assessment

This survey was created as a follow up to the Nominating Committee Discussion at the February Board Meeting.  In order to move towards using a skills-based approach to filling vacant board positions, we must first set a baseline for the current board.  We are asking that all board members rate their skills in the following areas.  The scale is 1-3 with 3 being the highest.
