As you are aware Mandate have been in negotiations with your employer Boots with regard to your Pay & Benefits 2020 Claim. It may be necessary in the very near future to conduct a Postal ballot of all Boots Members on a set of proposals, therefore in order to ensure that we have the correct contact details on file we are requesting that all members conduct the following very brief contact detail update form.
