Dear Doctor,

Thank you for participating in Advanced Practice Management’s Annual Fee, Wage and Dental Economy Survey, which is the best survey of its kind in the area, and because of the large local participation and careful preparation, we are proud of this tradition now in its 46th year!

This survey is for the Doctor to personally complete or assign to the person managing the practice. We are keen to keeping your response confidential.

Our survey takes an estimate of 20 minutes to complete. This survey will begin with your FEE SCHEDULE, followed by PRACTICE OBSERVATIONS, STAFF WAGES, OFFICE SYSTEMS, and concluding with PRACTICE INITIATIVES.

Important Note: Once you begin, you will not have the opportunity to "save and continue." We recommend gathering the following information before starting:
  1. Current Fee Schedule, and
  2. Hourly Wages for each staff member, their title and the approximate years of service.
The survey will close Friday, October 9, 2026. Later in the Fall, we will send all results CONFIDENTIAL to the Doctor by postal mail. Again, be assured that all practice information will be kept strictly confidential, and no salesperson will call.
