The ADL Innovation Lab Program is a collaborative initiative between ADL Education and the ADL Center for Antisemitism Research designed to develop, test and refine evidence-based strategies for combating antisemitism in K-12 schools. By bridging cutting-edge research with classroom practice, the program equips educators and school communities with proven tools to create safer, more inclusive learning environments.

This form is an application for the Classroom Educator Pathway for Innovation Labs: The Educator Advisory Network.

This pathway engages educators as content reviewers and co-developers for new ADL Education materials. Advisory group members serve as critical partners in the content creation process.

  • Classroom piloting: Members may use preliminary materials with their own students
  • Development feedback: Educators provide insights that shape the final product
  • Practitioner perspective: Real-world teaching experience informs content design
  • Collaborative development: Teachers help ensure materials meet actual classroom needs
  • Compensation: Applicants accepted will be eligible to earn up to $1K for their participation
Participation Expectations & Commitment

  • Up to 20 hours over the course of the academic year
  • Participation in 2-4 virtual meetings throughout the year
  • Completion of structured feedback surveys and reflections
  • Pilot testing of 2-3 resources per year in classroom settings
