Summit Volunteer Application

As a volunteer you will receive a Full Conference ticket to the Summit for $50. No other costs are provided (including but not limited to travel and lodging) so please plan accordingly. Visit the Summit website for more information on discounted hotel rates. Please be prepared to volunteer for about two 5-6 hour volunteer shifts on June 17 & June 18. We will send a shift selection email to the accepted volunteers with a list of shifts to choose from in May. We typically need help in the following areas:

- Registration Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Compiling conference bags and materials for attendees. Assisting with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees, general registration, badge printing, speaker check in, setup/breakdown, etc.

- Directing Attendees & Breakfast/Lunch Waste Management | Assisting with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees to different programs, restrooms, exhibitor stations, etc. as well as monitoring waste disposal during and after meals as needed.

- Room Monitor for Main Stage Programming & any Breakout Sessions | Monitor the session door and answer basic questions about the event. Display time warning cards for speakers, take room counts, run the mic for the Q&A session as well as maintain the drinking water station and assist the Executive Producer as needed.
