The Pastor Search Committee has been formed to help guide McFarland UCC through the process of listening, reflection, and discernment as we seek our next pastor. Our role is to gather the voice of the congregation, reflect on who we are and who God is calling us to become, and help identify a pastor who will partner with us in that journey.

This survey is an important part of that process. Your responses will help us better understand the life, values, strengths, and hopes of our congregation. The information gathered will also help shape the church profile that prospective pastors review as they consider whether they are called to serve with McFarland UCC.

This survey is completely anonymous, and responses cannot be connected to individuals. To ensure every voice is heard, we ask that each person complete their own survey rather than submitting one per household. We ask that parents use discretion to determine if their children/teens can provide thoughtful feedback.

Some questions ask you to select a rating so we can understand overall patterns within the congregation, while others invite short written responses so we can better understand the heart behind those patterns.

Thank you for taking the time to share your voice and help shape the future of McFarland UCC.
