LTAC Lifetime Achievement Award Nomination Form

The Lifetime Achievement Award honors an individual whose career reflects exceptional leadership, service, and dedication to the title industry through sustained contributions to LTAC, the Colorado title industry, and the profession.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be employed by an LTAC member company (can be retired)
- Nominee should demonstrate a career of sustained leadership and service.
- Show long-term involvement with LTAC and the Colorado title industry.
- Participation in local, state, and national organizations is encouraged (e.g., ALTA, RESPRO, PRIA, CAR, CBA, and/or related organizations)
- Have a lasting impact on the profession
Awards will be presented during the 2026 LTAC Annual Conference, September 9–11, 2026, at The Hythe Vail in Vail, Colorado. Specifically, the afternoon of September 10, 2026. Nominees and nominators are encouraged to attend and join us in celebrating the outstanding professionals who make a difference in our industry.

As part of the evaluation process, nominees may be contacted by the Awards Committee to provide additional information or participate in a brief telephone interview.
