Westminster Disaster Relief Trip Survey

Westminster sent a small team of workers to Louisiana in November 2016 to help with the disaster relief efforts of our denomination and fellow PCA churches. We are interested in identifying individuals in our congregation who have the interest and availability to participate on future trips. Our goal is to have a team that can be ready to deploy with short notice or to prepare in advance for a trip requiring specific skill sets. Please complete the following survey to help us inventory interest, skill level, and availability. If you are not interested in participating in disaster relief trips, then there is no need for you to complete this survey.
