Enrollment Services Employees: Professional Development Interest Assessment
As mentioned during the town hall, all employees who are being considered for positions in SEAM will have access to professional development to help them prepare for the recruitment process, specifically resume writing and interviewing. This curriculum is not required, but provided as a resource to enrollment services employees in divisions. This development offering has a self-paced component and an optional virtual workshop component. In order to participate in the workshops, participants must complete the self-paced portion as pre-work.
Topic 1: Resume Writing
- Self-paced course (approximately 2.5-3 hours to complete)
- Virtual Workshop (3 hours)
Topic 2: Interviewing
- Self-paced course (approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete)
- Virtual Workshop (3 hours)
The purpose of this survey is to assess the level of interest in the workshop component so we can schedule and staff sessions appropriately. The sessions will be offered in the April/May time-frame.
