Public Policy Committee - Public Input

Introduction

The Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council welcomes public feedback on its 5-Year Plan on Developmental Disabilities. This survey will give you a chance to submit your own comments on each of the projects being offered by the Public Policy Committee of the Council.

We will not ask for your name or any other information that could be used to identify you. This information is being provided in a confidential manner and will only be used to help the DD Council develop their next 5-Year State Plan on Developmental Disabilities.

If you do not know how to answer a question, select “I do not know” or do not answer it.

The five projects in Public Policy Committee are:

2. Federal Legislative Advocacy Partnership (FLAP)

3. General Assembly Briefing Sessions

4. Public Policy Research Grants

5. VALUE of PWD (Vocational Apprenticeship/Legislature Utilizing Employment of People with Disabilities)
