Annapolis Small Business Recovery Task Force

As some of the stay at home restrictions are lifted and businesses start to re-open, the Task Force would like to obtain your input about the economic conditions you are encountering and gain a better understanding of consumer confidence about returning to work, shopping and dining.  If you could take a few minutes to complete this short survey, it would be most helpful. 

This survey does not ask you to identify yourself or your business. All individual answers will be kept confidential.

1.Are you an owner, manager or employee of a small business located in Annapolis?  For this survey, a small business is defined as having less than one hundred  (100) full time employees.
