I'm looking for an experienced, detail-oriented webinar producer to help me manage logistics, production and the customer experience for all IWT webinars. We typically hold at least one LIVE webinar a month to give our customers amazing free content and promote new premium material.
This is a contract position.
Details:
* You have the ability to remain calm and “think on your feet” in a crisis. Imagine 3,000 attendees and the webinar goes down -- what would you do?
* Must be EXTREMELY detailed-oriented, as there are many moving parts to coordinate
* Knowledge of Basecamp a plus
* Knowledge of Livestream and Procaster a plus
* Approx. 20 hours per month (the week of the webinar)
* Responsible for testing prior to going live
* Must be available 5-10pm EDT when webinar is scheduled
* Must be available during daytime the day before webinar for at least 1 hour.
* Compensation: $25/hour
