Dear EUSD Families,

We are looking forward to seeing our students in the coming school year. With this fluid situation and changing guidance, we realize some families' plans may be changing. We are diligently working on educational models that will work for all of our families and we kindly request your input on this survey below. If you have children in more than one school, please fill this survey twice so we can coordinate options for siblings. Please answer these questions based on what you know now.
