First Motivational Interviewing Learning Experience

We request that you practice each of these 3 primary MI tools/skills during your engagements with clients/patients: Powerful or Open-Ended Questions, Reflecting Back, and Acknowledging. What we are asking you to do is to practice/try out each one of these 3 skills at least once between our two workshop dates. Then, from your experience in practising these skills, we would ask that you reflect on and record (as in write down) 3 learning-worthy experiences from this ‘living, applied homework.’ Please provide your answers for this first skill and learning as requested in the questions provided below, then go to the next pages to answer the questions for your second and third skill experiences and learning. Please submit your responses by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 22 September 2021 by clicking on the Submit button at the bottom of page 3.
