Further to numerous calls to Mandate from our members employed primarily on the front end in Tesco Drogheda Extra Store with regard to the lack of adequate heating in-store, especially at the front end, Mandate wrote to the Store Manager by way of correspondence dated 17th November 2020. Unfortunately as off lunchtime on the 27th November we have not received a response from the Company.
Despite raising your concerns with the Company, the matter has not been rectified and we continue to receive reports from Members that the Store remains extremely cold as previously stated especially at the front end. Therefore we have decided to launch an online collective grievance of Mandate members on the front end with regard to this matter.
If you are a front end member and feel that the store is too cold then please add your name to the collective grievance in an attempt to get the Company to rectify this matter by completing your details below. Please be advised that your Name and Contact details WILL NOT be shared with the Company.
