On June 1, 2026, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for homeless assistance programs funded by the Continuum of Care (CoC) program.
This Intent to Apply form serves two purposes:
(1) This form provides Collaborative Applicant staff and the CoC Board with essential information to support the competition process.
(2) This form collects contact information to allow prospective applicants to receive ongoing information regarding the application process.

Your responses to these questions are preliminary and non-binding. Projects will be assessed and scored based on your responses in the full application.
Intent to Apply responses are due by 11:59 p.m. on June 26, 2026.
For agencies with existing CoC projects:
- Submit one form for all projects of the same type (for example, RRH or PSH) that you plan to renew.
- This form includes sections on voluntary budget reductions, voluntary reallocations or transitions, and the option to indicate if you do not intend to renew a project.
For agencies (including existing CoC grantees) looking to apply for new projects:
- Submit one form per new project.
