SMG Executive Coaching Survey
Welcome and context
Hello and thank you for taking the time to participate in our Survey.
In today’s VUCA world things are changing faster than ever and Executive Coaching is no exception. We are also in a time where coaching is becoming more popular with a larger number of people wanting to access a coach as part of their development plan.
It is for this reason that The Stephenson Mansell Group (SMG) and CoachLogix (CL) are commissioning this research to establish how organisations are using Executive Coaching and some of the barriers they are encountering to providing coaching to more of their people. We believe that this research will add significantly to the knowledge base about Executive Coaching in Australia and will provide respondents insight into how to overcome coaching barriers in their own organisation.
To ensure the Research is independent and conducted to the highest standard, we have engaged Dr Be Pannell https://www.linkedin.com/in/dr-be-pannell/to carry out the research.
This research will be conducted in two phases.
Phase 1 is the survey you are about to complete consisting of 16 questions (and will take approximately 4 – 8 minutes to complete).
Please answer the questions to the best of your knowledge based on your position in your organisation.
At the end of the survey there will be an option to provide additional context.
Phase 2 will involve face to face interviews with a select number of participants. If you would like to be considered to take part in these interviews, please indicate so at the end of the survey. Please note that participating in the interviews is optional and not required to be part of Phase 1.
Once the two phases have been completed, we will be publishing a paper with the findings which will be distributed to those who participated and to the wider community.
Please note that since you are accessing this survey via a web link your responses will be anonymous unless you chose to provide your name to us. If you do provide your name it will be purely for our own internal records. No names of people or organisations will be shared publicly in the published research paper.
As a thank you to people who take part in the survey we are holding an exclusive webinar with Dr Be Pannell, SMG and CL to go through the results of the survey and provide insights around the findings. There will also be a chance for participants to ask questions of the panel.
