Translation to Practice Lecture “t2p” – This lecture qualifies for AAFP’s program, Translation to Practice or t2p. T2P is a CME credit category that complements CME Activity already approved for AAFP Prescribed credits. The program provides an opportunity to apply what you have learned and report back on how it has been translated into your practice. The program is free for AAFP Members only and will award 2 Prescribed credits for the full completion of a t2p activity.

The NCAFP Meetings Department will send you an email with an online link to Part II of the Translation to Practice Commitment to Change within the next 30 days. After you complete Part II, credits for your participation will be recorded with the AAFP.
