Over the past 4 years, individual teams have been translating their growing strength in measurement into ever-better care. The time has come to do that across the AFHTO membership. On May 30th, AFHTO’s Board set a goal of moving beyond measurement to create a culture of improvement. This will help AFHTO and our members deliver on the promise of high-quality care for all patients. It will also advance our strategic priorities to demonstrate the value of team-based primary care and show leadership across the primary care sector in Ontario.
