Systemic Advocacy Survey

This survey is to help us learn about issues affecting people with disability in your community.  

The survey is voluntary and anonymous.  

We will use your answers to help Advocacy WA tell government about the things that are important to you. 

Your responses will be used in our systemic advocacy research, which is focused on achieving long-term positive outcomes for  people with living with disability in the south west of Western Australia.
