Thank you for accessing our TEC Sector Survey of Risks and Opportunities 2026.

TSA has coordinated an Annual Risk and Opportunities Survey over the last 4 years, with the aim of identifying the key issues that impact the Technology Enabled Care sector, and helping to drive continuous improvement of service quality, through mitigating actions that include guidance material, training, and standards. The TSA quality improvement programme is already addressing many of the issues that have arisen from this work, including for example guidance and standards on Service Resilience and Risk Management.

During the survey you will be asked to select the 10 risks that you believe will have greatest impact in the short-term (the next 1-2 years), and then rank those 10 risks. We then ask that you do the same again for emergent risks (3-5 years).

We have put together a supporting document that aims to explain the current ‘long list’ of potential risks and opportunities, and to help people select their top 10 short-term and emergent risks and opportunities by reference to background information, and potential impact and mitigating actions for each.
