Supporting our Community Partners During COVID-19

The purpose of this survey is to identify staff who are interested in volunteering to work temporarily, on a secondment basis to provide support to a long term care and/or retirement facility.  This secondment would be an extension of your employment at the hospital and you would continue to be paid by the  hospital.  At this time we are simply seeking to identify people who are interested in this kind of opportunity.
