Introduction
Welcome to the annual Arizona School Boards Association Superintendent Salary & Benefits Survey. Each year, ASBA conducts a survey of superintendent salaries and related district information. The information obtained allows ASBA to provide useful and current information to governing boards and district staff throughout the state.
All questions are asked from the perspective of the district superintendent.
Important: If responses to selected items are coordinated across multiple staff members (i.e. Superintendent, Business Manager, Human Resources, etc.) please be sure to submit only one representation of this questionnaire.
This year, we removed a few of the questions that requested basic district data (i.e.: county, enrollment, etc.), as we will obtain that data directly from A.D.E. reports.
