Italian sausage cannelloni – Fresh pasta rolled with Italian sausage, roasted garlic and fresh tomato, baked in our basil cream sauce.
Delectable Stuffed Chicken - Boneless, skinless chicken breast stuffed with a garlic herb soft cheese. Baked in creamy mushroom sauce.
Sweet Pepper Delight - Red pepper stuffed with pumpkin and sunflower seeds, zucchini, tomato, mushroom, sharp cheddar cheese and fresh herbs, baked in hickory cream sauce, vegetarian.
Tender Pork Ribs - Side ribs, slow cooked in our sweet and tangy marinade until extra tender, then oven-roasted to golden brown, lactose-free.

Sundog Risotto - lemon wild rice and seed medley with asiago cheese, vegetarian, glutenfree.
Chicken Wild Rice soup – braised chicken simmered in chicken broth with fresh herbs, mixed vegetables & lemon zest with wild rice medley, lactose-free.

Garden Medley Casserole - carrot wedges, broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas & peppers, baked in a lightly curried coconut cream sauce with a tasty bread crumb topping.
Southwest Corn Chowder – corn, roasted peppers, fresh tomato, chipotle, with coconut cream.
Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine, homemade croutons, tangy lime garlic dressing.
