The Lake-Sumter MPO annually evaluates the operation and performance of Sumter County Transit’s transportation disadvantaged (paratransit) services to ensure they are in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. The evaluation includes a review of Sumter County's policies and procedures and an analysis of performance measures, as well as observational rides and rider surveys.
We are requesting feedback from riders, or caretakers on behalf of riders, who have used Sumter County’s transportation disadvantaged services within the past year. The results of the survey will be used to support the evaluation and recommend improvements to the service. This survey should take less than 10 minutes. All answers will be anonymous.
