CASH is now closed for tax preparation. We will reopen in January 2026.
If you still need to file your 2023 New York Tax Return in order to receive the New York Inflation Refund Check, you can do so up until October 15th either online (using Free File - NOT Direct File) at
or you can pick up a paper copy of the forms to complete and mail in on the 3rd floor of the Central Library. CASH personnel are not available to perform these returns.
