Guilford College Summer Orientation Registration

Please read prior to completing survey: If you attended Spring Into Guilford and followed Schedule A (completed registration, housing application, Quantitative Literacy Exam and had Guilford ID made) on April 12, 2014, then you do not need to attend Summer Orientation on June 6 or 20, 2014.
Transfer students should attend on June 20, when transfer specific programming and registration will take place.

* 5. Attendance at orientation is mandatory, and you will complete your registration and housing application at this time. Will you be attending the orientation on June 6 or June 20, 2014?

* 6. If you are unable to attend Summer Orientation, please let us know why.

* 7. Guilford will provide lunch for you and two family members. Please let us know how many people (including yourself) will attend orientation.
Additional family members will be able to pay at the door.

* 8. Are you a member of the Student Success Program (SSP)? Please note that as a member of the Student Success Program, you will need to attend the SSP orientation following Summer Orientation from 4:30pm-6:00pm regardless of which date you attend.

* 9. Are you a student who is transferring from another institution into Guilford and have already completed at least one semester of college?Please note that the transfer specific program will occur on June 20.

* 10. Are you or a family member going to need special accommodations (wheelchair access, sign language translation, etc.)?
