Summer 2017 CoP Registration - Engagement, Linkage, and Retention of Subpopulations

SAMHSA routinely asks grantees to describe the subpopulations within the target populations that they serve.  These subpopulations may have disparate access to services, use of services, risks or outcomes.  The disparities may be the result of differences in language, beliefs, norms, values, and/or social determinant risks specific to that subpopulation.  This CoP will encourage Grantees share challenges and lessons learned with a cohort of sites who also implement services with these subpopulations.
