This form is being provided to allow residents and stakeholders to provide public comment on the City of Fresno's Substantial Amendment 2025-01 to the 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan for Community Planning and Development funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
On March 24, 2026, HUD approved the City’s request to transfer the NSP program income on hand, a total of $1,021,642.18, and any future NSP program income to the CDBG program. Any transferred program income is subject to the CDBG program income regulations.
The City is proposing to substantially amend its Program Year 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan to program the available program income to the development of the Senior Activity Center.
