About College and Career

The purpose of this survey is to gather information about you and your school experiences, your future education plans, and your opinions about your school. The survey should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. Filling out this survey is voluntary and you may choose to skip questions or stop taking the survey at any time. Your answers to these questions will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law and all findings will be reported by summarizing data across students – individual responses will not be reported. We asked that you provide your ID number, but your name will not be on the survey and your individual responses will not be shared with your teachers, administrators, other students, or your parents/legal guardians. Completing the survey presents minimal risk to you. If you feel uncomfortable/upset during or after the survey and want to talk with someone, please let someone at your school know.
