Student Science Showcase

Welcome to the
Celebrate the Gulf Marine Education Festival
Student Science Showcase

Our festival was first established in 1991 to teach Gulf Coast residents and visitors about the importance of the Gulf of Mexico.  Celebrate the Gulf is held under the beautiful canopy of the live oak trees in Memorial Park in Pass Christian, Mississippi. There are several booths with hands-on exhibits for both children and adults alike. Participants learn about coastal habitats and wildlife, as well as recreational and commercial services provided by our Gulf.

The "Student Science Showcase" is where students will have the opportunity to exhibit their project at the festival. The submitted projects will undergo a judging process by our committee, and the top projects will exhibit at the festival on April 2, 2022. The first step in registering your student(s) for this opportunity is to submit this application. The applications will be reviewed, and if your project is chosen we will request further information.
