With your help last year, we had a successful Bunnings BBQ. We have been given the opportunity again this year. Our BBQ details are:
Bunnings – DONCASTER – Saturday 10th October 2026
The Bunnings BBQ gives us a chance to raise funds from the public, rather than from the school community. In order for the BBQ to be a success, we need helpers, below is the roster times for the BBQ, there are five - two hour slots and it is recommended that we have a minimum of three volunteers for each two hour slot.
Could you please fill in your preferred time slot(s) below by Friday August 28 so that a roster can be organised and distributed.
If you are not able to help at the BBQ, it would be appreciated if you could donate some sauces, serviettes or money (to be used to purchase sausages, bread & onions) that will be used at the BBQ.
Donations can be made directly through Compass Canteen using the date of Saturday 10th October.
We need your help on the day, to make it a successful day.
