Older New Yorkers' Day Nomination

Help us find the next Steuben County Representative for Older New Yorkers' Day!

We're looking for the "shakers and movers" of your community. These are the people whom you can't imagine being without. Maybe he is the person who has been the driving force behind an ongoing, successful annual fundraiser or community event. The beloved, retired teacher who donates her time to ensure students' educational success goes well past the classroom. The couple makes sure that everyone they encounter feels cared about through their overwhelming thoughtfulness and kindness.

* Nominees can be individuals or couples.

* Each nominee must be a current resident of Steuben County, age 60 or older, who has made a significant impact in the community through their extraordinary volunteer service.

* DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS! Help us paint the picture that shows why they should represent Steuben County for this state-wide honor. The more specific examples you can give of the person's volunteer service, the easier it will be to honor them.
