Brooten, Belgrade and Elrosa Broadband Survey for Residences, Homes

Stearns County has engaged the consulting firm, NEO Connect to prepare a broadband plan with the goal of improving service throughout the County. The feasibility study will focus on the southwestern portion of the County – the Brooten, Belgrade and Elrosa area. This survey has questions about your Internet service at HOME.  The purpose of the survey is to determine the level of service you currently have at home, how you use the Internet, what you currently pay, and what is most important to you in regards to high speed Internet service.
