We are proud to announce that an industry-leading child nutrition Point of Sale environment is now being provided by the Kentucky Department of Education Division of School and Community Nutrition to all Kentucky School Food Authorities operating the National School Lunch Program. Heartland's cloud-based Mosaic Point of Sale is being provided and will also include MySchoolApps for online applications and MySchoolBucks for online meal payments.

Implementation will involve a phased approach for the SFAs that choose the statewide POS. In order to assist KDE SCN and Heartland in planning the roll-out phases, we ask that you please complete this survey.

Before starting the survey, please be sure you have communicated to your Superintendent/Administrative Officials your desire to be a part of the roll-out.

Please send any questions to Dale.Colyer@education.ky.gov and Timothy.Cooper@education.ky.gov.
