The California Department of Aging (CDA) welcomes your feedback on the draft California State Plan on Aging - 2017-2021 (State Plan). To make it easy for you to provide input and for us to review your suggestions, we have developed this survey that lists all of the Goals and Objectives identified in the draft State Plan. You can go to the comment box under the Goal that you would like to comment on, type in your feedback, and submit the form electronically to the Department.
