The City of St. Peters is currently undertaking a Land Use and Development Master Plan. The Plan will be a guide used by City staff, the Board of Aldermen, and the Planning and Zoning Commission for establishing goals and making decisions relating to land use, development and economic development efforts.
In particular, the Plan will be an important guide for new development and must consider the goals, issues and concerns of the local business community. We invite you to participate in our community's planning process.
The results of this business questionnaire will be tabulated and documented for use in preparing the Plan and for other community decision-making purposes. Individual survey responses are strictly confidential and will be seen only by the H3 Studio Consultant Team and will not be shared with anyone else, including City officials. Your participation and input will be a valuable resource for our community. Please take the time to carefully read each question and answer it as accurately as possible. The questionnaire should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
