Introduction
WSNA is seeking confidential feedback from St. Luke's bargaining-unit nurses regarding staffing, workplace safety, leadership, pay practices, retention, and nurses' ability to raise concerns without fear of negative consequences.

The purpose of this survey is to identify patterns, better understand nurses' experiences, and determine what actions members would like WSNA to pursue.

Please answer based on your own experience and observations.

This survey is intended to be anonymous. Results will be shared with St Luke's and Providence leadership but identifying information will not be shared so that nurses can answer honestly without fear of reprisal. Please do not include patient names, medical record numbers, or other patient-identifying information.
