The Temple University School of Pharmacy Alumni Association presents the Joseph B. Sprowls Lecture Award each year to an outstanding individual who has achieved recognition within pharmacy for significant contributions to the profession as a distinguished practitioner, scientist and/or educator. The lecture honors Dean Joseph B. Sprowls (1950-1967) for his many contributions to our school, university, and profession.
