The mission of Continuing the Vision's Mentorship Program is to serve as the guiding light for individuals embarking on their journey into funeral service. We aim to provide unwavering support and mentoring to students, apprentices/interns, and newly licensed professionals, fostering their success and confidence!

Our mentors consist of funeral service professionals with an assortment of experience and expertise that are wanting to give back to the funeral profession by offering knowledge, support, and guidance to the upcoming generation.

Please complete the application below to be considered for the role of Mentee in the Spring 2025 Mentorship Program. Incomplete applications may not be considered. Those selected will be notified by January 2025. If you are not selected for the Spring 2025 program, we hope that you will consider applying for future programs.

Mentorship Agreement
Continuing the Vision Mentorship Program is provided by Continuing Vision, LLC and is meant to provide support and guidance to mortuary students and/or newly licensed funeral service professionals. The mentee understands that mentoring is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of legal or medical advice. The mentee agrees to follow the mentorship guidelines and that neither Continuing Vision or the Mentors will be held liable legally or otherwise, for the actions the mentee may or may not undertake as a result of the mentorship program. The mentee understands that the Continuing the Vision Mentorship Program is completely voluntary and that the mentee has the right to withdraw from the program at any time. The mentee agrees to practice professionalism, respect, and courtesy and understands that any misconduct could/will result in the dismissal from the mentorship program.
