Referrer and Referral must earn at least Bronze status in 2024 before the points are awarded.

For Referrer (limit 50 points)
- 1st referral - 20 points
- 2nd referral - 10 points
- 3rd referral - 10 points
- 4th referral - 10 points

Referee must be a first time WR$ earner, and an eligible employee throughout the WR$ timeframe.
To earn points, referral form must be turned in by August 31.
Time stamp for earning a referral bonus is the date when both referrer and 1st time earner (referee) earn Bronze status.
